Designed for The Eaterie dining hall at George Mason University, this mural was created to enhance the interior environment of a high-traffic, multi-station food space. The goal was to make the space more engaging and easier to navigate while visually reflecting the variety of cuisines offered.
Each food station was assigned a custom mascot, representing its specific cuisine or function. These mascots were developed within a consistent illustration system to maintain cohesion across the wall while still allowing each station to feel distinct and recognizable.​​​​​​​
The direction was chosen to address both branding and user experience. By turning each station into a character-driven visual, the mural helps students quickly identify options while reinforcing a sense of diversity and energy within the space. The final composition brings all elements together into a unified system that represents The Eaterie as a central, shared dining hub on campus.
